Planets / Lilith
Punto calculado
Lilith, also called the Black Moon, isn't a planet or a physical body: it's a point calculated mathematically from the apogee of the Moon's orbit (the point where the Moon is farthest from Earth). It symbolizes the rawest instinct, the part of the personality that resists being tamed or shaped to please others.
In a birth chart, Lilith points to the area where the person needs to assert their most radical autonomy, even at the risk of being judged or misunderstood. It's the energy that says 'no' when something goes against one's own nature, without asking permission or apologizing.
Its sign and house show where and how that non-negotiable instinct expresses itself: it can show up as a strength (authenticity, personal power) or as a point of conflict, when the person hasn't yet managed to integrate that part of themselves without guilt.
A figure from Hebrew tradition, the first woman who refuses to submit and is cast out of Eden for demanding equality: the instinct that won't negotiate its own autonomy.
Gives radical authenticity and a solid connection to one's own desires, with no need for outside approval.
Can show up as a repressed shadow that erupts in uncontrolled ways, or as guilt for asserting what one truly wants.
